People spend their own tokens first, then the shared ones. One busy author never leaves the rest of the team without tokens.

What actions cost

Questions
A unit of usage. In a plan, 1 token costs $0.01, or 1 ₽. Tokens are spent on actions that produce a result: a new email, an email client test, a deck.
Each person has their own tokens for the month and cannot spend anyone else’s, so one busy author never leaves colleagues short. When their own run out, they draw from the team’s shared pool.
A team-wide reserve filled by top-ups. Any member whose own tokens ran out can use it. Purchased tokens last 6 months.
A top-up token costs 1.5 times more than a token in a plan. Top-ups cover peaks. If someone runs short every month, move them to a higher plan: it is cheaper.
Only in the seat price and the number of tokens per person. Emails, decks, banners, sites, your own template and MCP come with every plan.
Personal tokens renew at the start of the next plan month, and until then the person uses the shared pool. If the pool is empty too, you cannot create anything new, but you can always edit what you have.
Paying for a full year gives 40% off if the invoice is issued by 30 November. After that date the discount is 20%.
We invoice in rubles or US dollars. Companies in Russia pay in rubles for 3, 6 or 12 months, with no automatic charges. Prices in euros, pounds, sums and tenge are for reference.
