Consent of the Subject to Personal Data Processing
1. I, hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” freely, by my own will, and in my own interest, grant this consent to Limited Liability Company “LETTEROS” (TIN: 7806587362; PSRN: 1217800087075, address: 191124, St. Petersburg, intra-city territory, Smolninskoe municipal district, Novgorodskaya St., bldg. 23, letter A, premises 14-H, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), for the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data using the Operator’s website https://letteros.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
3. Personal data means information relating to me as a subject of personal data, including: surname, first name, contact details (mobile phone number, email address), electronic data (HTTP-headers, IP-address, cookies), and other information specified in the Policy.
4. I agree that, within the scope of personal data processing, the Operator is entitled to process my personal data in the following ways: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), deletion, destruction, use, extraction, depersonalization, blocking of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Data processing is carried out for the purposes defined in the Policy, in particular, for the purposes of:
- Improving the quality of visitor interaction with the Website.
- Preparation, conclusion, and execution of a civil law contract.
- Communication with the user (Website visitor).
- Formation of a personnel reserve and employment.
- Promotion of goods, works, services on the market.
The list of personal data processed for each purpose, and the processing terms are specified in the Policy.
6. I accept the terms of the Operator’s Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, which is posted on the Website.
7. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of the Operator for the purposes specified in the consent: LLC “Yandex” (ООО «Яндекс»), 119021, Moscow, Lva Tolstogo St., 16.
8. I am informed that:
- This Consent to the processing of my personal data enters into force from the moment the consent is provided and is valid for the personal data processing periods specified in Sections 4 and 5 of the Policy, or until the goals of personal data processing are achieved, or until the consent is withdrawn (whichever occurs first).
- This Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a corresponding request to the address m@letteros.com in accordance with the Policy.
9. In case of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in clauses 2 — 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006.
